Our lead chef Tu Nguyen has carefully cultivated his cooking skills for more than a decade.
He dedicated 10 years to serving Vietnamese cuisine with enviable authenticity. As a chef who feels passionate about ensuring his customers experience every ingredient, Tu Nguyen honed his skills under the watchful eye of a Vietnamese chef from Saigon.
Since then, he decided to use his evolved culinary skills to bring the people of Ashburn Village a unique Asian Fusion experience.
At Rock ‘n’ Claws, we focus on creating specialized sauces that elevate the natural tastes of the meat and fish we serve. We continue to perfect and experiment with new dishes, so there will always have something new to try!
